We input a lead, commenced with text engagement & called the front desk inquiring about Vampire Facials.

We received 2 calls and 3 texts from you. This is good. However, we recommended contacting a lead 3x in the first week by a direct phone call. 
 
Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential patient. We would love to help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week by phone.
 
The salesperson that initially answered our call put us on hold after we requested information on Vampire Facials. Our call was transferred to the Nurse Practitioner. She was friendly, knowledgeable, engaging, and built excitement around the treatment. Great job!  However, she did not request the caller's contact information which we recommend doing at the beginning of the call.
