The salesperson that answered our call was friendly and knowledgeable, and she requested our contact information at the beginning of the call. This is great! There could have been a little more excitement built around the treatment, spa, and staff. She also did not answer pricing questions in a recommended way.

Oy! And I just retrained them last week and even reminded them that a secret shop was on the horizon and they still messed up the cost question.

BUT so glad they made the 3 calls!

Vania thank u! should we get another one on the calendar? scheduled 3 months from now? Ideally, Chris wants us to secret shop every client every 3 months.
