We input a lead, commenced with text engagement & attempted to place a recorded call to inquire about Emsculpt Neo. 

We received 3 texts, 2 calls, and a welcome email from you after we input the lead. However, we stopped receiving messages from you during text engagement. Having the ability to answer texts is vital to securing qualified leads. Qualified leads are potential patients who take the time to ask questions. They show a great deal of interest and urgency. By not receiving answers, the lead is encouraged to look elsewhere for the service.
 
We would love to help set up a plan for you to be replying to all incoming messages.

Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful in reaching anyone at the spa for our recorded call. We called and left voicemails on multiple occasions. It is vital that you answer all incoming calls from prospective leads. If they have to rely on leaving a voicemail, such as in this situation it will definitely cause the caller to look elsewhere for the service.
