We submitted a lead and received 1 phone call from you. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is by far the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client. We would love to set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week to maximize your ability to convert leads into consults.. 

The salesperson that answered our recorded call was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered pricing in the recommended way and mentioned promotions. This is great! However, she could have built a little more excitement around the spa and the treatment.

The salesperson that answered our call was Lori. There were a few calls placed and voicemails left until we were able to actually connect. Lori was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered pricing questions in a recommended way and when asked about Botox she was able to explain the difference between the two. This is great!
