We input a lead, attempted text engagement & called the front desk inquiring about Emsculpt.

Unfortunately, we only received 1 phone call and 1 text from you. Also, when we replied to your text to ask questions about the procedure we never received a reply from you.
 
Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential patient. As well as answering text messages. Qualified leads are potential patients that take the time to ask questions. They show a great deal of interest and urgency. The lead is encouraged to look elsewhere for the service by not receiving answers. 
 
We would love to help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week and to be replying to all text messages. 
 
The salesperson that answered our call was friendly and knowledgeable. This is great!.
