We never received a return phone call after we left a voicemail on 4/24. We placed another call on 4/27, and the salesperson that answered was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She built excitement around the treatment and answered all of our questions expertly. We do recommend having the salesperson request the caller’s contact information at the beginning of the call. 

We recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training so we can help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week with a direct call.
