We inputted a lead, commenced with text interaction, & called the front desk inquiring about Emtone.

We only received 1 phone call from you. We would love to help set up a process for you to be contacting leads 3x within the first week to maximize your ability to convert leads into consults. 
 
The person that answered the phone transferred the call to the Emtone technician. She was friendly and knowledgable but she did not build excitement around the spa or treatment. She mentioned the current promotion which is great, however she did not answer pricing in a recommended way.

Vania J, Medstar Vania question for you. When we receive only 1 phone call from the client, is there something we can do on our end to help them improve? Does it make sense for us to say: "We would love to help set up a process for you to be contacting leads 3x within the first week to maximize your ability to convert leads into consults." When we're talking about phone calls and not text messages?

I think it makes sense. Because I usually go over what is causing them to not call and then we come up with a plan so that sort of *is* setting up a process. We can switch process to plan if you'd like?
