We input a lead, commenced with text engagement & called the front desk inquiring about Emsculpt Neo.  

Here is the recorded call: 

We received 3 texts and a welcome email from you after we input the lead, however, we only received 1 phone call from you. A direct call is the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential patient. We would love to help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week. 
 
The salesperson that answered our call was friendly and professional. However, she did not answer pricing questions in a recommended way or mention the current promotion that was going on. We also highly recommend requesting the caller’s contact information at the beginning of the call after introducing yourself for follow-up purposes. 

We recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training so we can help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week with a direct call as well as how to properly answer pricing questions. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!
