Our Virtual Consultation was a great experience. Christi was so personable it gave us the instant feeling of security during our meeting. However, she was based out of New York and this consultation was scheduled via the Houston scheduling block. 

Christi went into great detail about the treatment, what the procedure would be like during and after and shared personal experience. The consultation answered all of the leads questions and truly had her ready to schedule the treatment. Fantastic work!

There was no communication from you until we texted you at 11:15 am when we were then informed that there was a mix-up with our appointment. When we asked to reschedule we were offered to discuss over the phone or via facetime. 
   
It is critical that when scheduling any consultation you keep the scheduled appointment time. Not showing up or having to reschedule the appointment will cause the lead to go somewhere else.
