We inputted a lead, commenced with text engagement & called the front desk inquiring about Dermal Fillers. 

You contacted us 1x by phone and 1x by text after we input a lead. We highly recommend contacting a lead by phone, text and email 3x in the first week. We would love to set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week to help ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client.

The salesperson that answered our call was friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing questions were answered in a recommended way and current promotions were mentioned. Great job! However she did not ask for our contact information in the beginning of the call or build much excitement around the treatment, spa, or staff. 

We highly recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training so we can review strategic ways to answer leads questions. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!
