We inputted a lead, initiated text engagement and called the front desk inquiring about Emsculpt Neo. 

We received 2 phone calls and 3 texts from you. This is great!! Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is by far the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client.

The salesperson that answered our call was friendly and knowledgeable. She built excitement around the spa or the treatment and requested our contact information. However she did not answer pricing questions in a recommended way. 

We highly recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training, so we can review strategic ways to answer a lead’s questions regarding pricing. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!
