Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is by far the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client. If leads are not called or communicated via text potential patients will look into another spa.We would love to set up a process for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week and automatic texts for you to maximize your ability to convert leads into consults.Please schedule a call here: http://calendly.com/Vania-medstar/front-deskWhen we initiated our recorded call the aesthetician that answered was great!There was no follow up after the scheduled consultation was “missed”. It is vital to follow up with missed appointments since these are the people closest to becoming patients.

Also, the part relating to setting up an appt then no-showing isn't a part of the shop protocol anymore is it?

I put the follow up for this secret shop on the the form/email draft as it was one that was in the pipeline before I was instructed we are no longer doing that as part of the shop protocol. I can rewrite without it in there if needed. Let me know what I can do. Thanks.
