We received 2  phone calls from you. We suggest contacting a lead 3x in the first week by a direct phone call. You also sent 3 text messages and engaged in text interaction. Great job!

The person who answered our call was friendly and knowledgeable. Although she did not ask for our contact information and she could have built a little more excitement around the spa and the treatment. When asked about pricing she did quote the lowest price per applicator but she did not mention any promotions/financing. 

We recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!
