We inputted a lead & called the front desk inquiring about Emsculpt. 

I submitted a lead and did not receive any phone calls or text messages from you. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call and text message is by far the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client. We would love to set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week to maximize your ability to convert leads into consults as well as automatic texts. 

When the recorded call was placed, the call was initially placed on hold and then disconnected. Upon calling right back we were placed on hold for 2 minutes until the esthetician answered the call. She was friendly and knowledgeable! 

We highly recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!

Elizabeth Ruffa Elizabeth also, while we are clarifying the process...once you respond to a text you will not get anymore automatic texts. The secret shop for drip gym you mentioned in the report that you only got one text but that was because you replied within 24 hours and they started engaging in text conversation right away.

I don't think we need to send this out anymore unless you want to because at this point it seems a bit as if we'd be beating a dead horse. Point has been made. But we can save it to serve as a baseline to accompany their next secret shop. I'm going to close the task.
