The salesperson that answered our call was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered pricing questions in a recommended way and mentioned the current promotion going on. This is excellent. However, there could have been a little more excitement built around the treatment, spa, and staff. We also recommend when requesting the caller's contact information get both their name and their phone number.
