It's in the MCC. Just make sure you're looking at hidden and cancelled accounts.

Thanks Shane, that explains it. This account has actually been cancelled. So if it's cancelled then we shouldn't have any issues. We were running ads for them before whilst we still had the other one.

BTW, we can DELETE this Cancelled account. I would need to confer with Chris since I believe he has ADMIN owner under his Mediapong Gmail account. It's a bit tricky to delete accounts but I know how to do it.
