Hi Ladies! This site is waiting for homepage blurbs (should have them tomorrow) but we can start the audit with that in mind. This is all demo content other than Potenza & Emsculpt NEO (Potenza needs edited, get doc here Elizabeth Ruffa Elizabeth ) and it is a lot of pages because its a full website design but do your best if you can to have completed by Tuesday afternoon, let me know if you'll need more time.

We can have an audit party if you want on Monday, where I can be live for feedback on zoom, let me know. I want to track how long it takes on these bigger sites, so please track your time again. Thanks so much!

  • Check phone number is correct (hyperlink + body of text view)
  • Add phone number + hyper- link the phone number when the body of text mentions calling the spa.

Grammar & Claims 
  • Check to spelling and grammar and mentions of spa. *Any edits made must be made on confirmation as well.
  • Check FDA claims (i.e. approved vs Cleared - approved is for medication/injectable primarily)
Links
  • Check social icons are linked correctly and that they open in separate window. *If not, update. 
  • Click all buttons to make sure they are anchored (linked to page or forms) *if not, update, or task to anchor where they should
  • Check internal & outbound links on pages to make sure no links are broken (404),*if they are, find an appropriate replacement link.
  • Hyper links font color matches spa theme and readable/visable.
Location/Map
  • Make sure the address is correct
  • Click on the map/address to be sure it is connected to Google Map Pack
Imagery 
  • Stacked before & after images *Take note of how many or if any are there too, ideally want 5-6 images b&a's.

Gravity Forms & Pop-ups (Mobile, & Desktop)
  • Offers are consistent on all forms. (Offer is the boldest/biggest text)
  • AD landing pages have bolded text on the offers and click buttons.
  • Buttons say “get coupon” if there is an offer.
  • Make sure Landing Pages with Offers have pop-ups or assign them if not.
  • Make sure Blogs have a separate lead form. 
Offers (Mobile, & Desktop)
  • Check pop-ups and gravity forms and images are consistent (across all platforms on: Set Up Web task, Onboarding, and spreadsheet.)
  • Check buttons & imagery are bold and catching. 
  • Disclaimers mention the offer *provide it in the edit task if not. 
Videos (Mobile, Desktop, & Confirmation)
  • Needs to be a lightbox pop-up - not directly embedded.

AUDIT NOTES:

GENERAL (Site-wide): 
  • The only service dropdown is for Emsculpt NEO.
  • The font color on ALL of the forms is white, so you can't read it. This also made it hard to fill it out. You could kind of read it when you moved the cursor away because a rainbow appeared, but not by much.
  • There is a confirmation page for Botox, and it's not even one of the services.
  • Spacing-wise, I feel the whole site could be a little tighter, but that's up to you.-Some text is sometimes centered with the form, other times it's not.
  • None of these are clickable. Is that ok?
HOME:
  • Most of the model's face is cut off but still seen under the banner. Is that ok?

Except for void my comment about updating the blurbs on the confirmation pages Brittany Redding, Digital Marketing Manager at Medstar Brittany , that only applies to the homepage. The confirmation pages of the LPs have a different message in the Hero image intentionally. 

The only lorem ipsom on the landing pages should be located in the Hero images, if you find any in the body of the text on landing pages in addition, let me know.
