Isaac, can we add all the services except for Phone Inquiries on SalesForce. We have done CoolSculpting, The Specials Popup, and Emsculpt. The message we want is listed below. Create a new automation and new template for each service, the support says you do not have to create a new process but I do not want to mix them so do whatever you feel is best.
