When clients fill out lead information on Skinney gravity forms and popup can you also store their phone number. It would be ideal if we could get email, first name, last name, phone number, and a link from which page or zap they filled out.

Email, First name, Last name, Phone number.

Will check in CC how to make the phone numbers visible in CC contact list.

Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris - Just came here to give you update on this.

I had a chat with CC support regarding this and they said that contacts didn't get sync correctly b/w ZAP and CC and that's why phone numbers are showing up and that we need to get in touch with ZAPIER regarding this issue.

I will send a email to ZAPIER support team regarding this now.
