Chris Ryan told me that they actually went through the process of getting LegitScript certified. 

It does appear that it worked. We only have two clicks so far, but we are appearing on botox and dysport searches for the first time. 

With regard to botox ads, Justin Tyler, ADC with allergan says do not use existing ads and resubmit. Have to use all new ads.
