Went ahead and created a new GTM 

 GTM-TX9KRQH

for Skinney.com site. 
Added optinMonster tag and added code to container. 
Published and set to live. Added other team members as 
ADMIN, sent invites. 
Also created Callrail tag, added Javasnippet, set to live.
Provided GTM code to team for insertion on site. 
Updated all tasks and client spreadsheets.
