I know we have discussed this before. However, it was urgent as it is now. We are losing SEO rankings for Skinney. One of the reason is due to the slow mobile experience. I know Jupiter is clunky. What would be the most effective way we could move it over and keep the same look to a faster template? Could we still have a tool like Visual Composer or Elemnator? What would be the most effective way to do this? I could hire an affordable team to strip the shortcodes,  add the content back, etc. Is there an easier way?

In the meantime, what else can do to improve the speed, functionality, etc especially on mobile?  Also, WpEngine now has a faster option, can you switch Skinney to that? You should have access to their account. They also use cloudflare.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac  - What if we do a custom code for the home page and coolsculpting pages with a custom header and footer so we can remove all the crap from virtual composer, jupiter, etc. so we can fix our most important pages first while we figure out what we will do with the entire site.

The image files are relatively small. I know we need to address the entire site but for now what can we do with this particular page. Anyway we could have optinmonster serve later? Perhaps we could reach out to their support. 

Also, please reach out to Wpengine.com they have a new server which might be faster.

The image files are relatively small. - Yes correct. But as per this report it's not and we can improve even further by changing their format and also making them load after other resources.

Also, please reach out to Wpengine.com they have a new server which might be faster.  - Enabled the free CDN service wpengine guys provide. Image and other site resources will server thru a CDN service now.


Considering we need optiminmonster what do we do? - I would recommend we should start with the suggestions that Google report has recommended in their report.

Sounds good, please do whatever you can. Do you think they have a third party tool we can use to help with this? I know you are an expert at nearly everything, do you think there is someone on upwork who only specializes in this. Our number two ranking is causing a lot of issues and we need to do whatever we can by all means necessary. Thank you.

Chris - Yes will update the website both backend/frontend as per the Google report.

Do you think they have a third party tool we can use to help with this? - To my best knowledge. There is no third party plugin for this.

do you think there is someone on upwork who only specializes in this. - Yes I think we should. I only specializes in coding frontend/backend and have very limited with SEO part. So I think we should hire someone who specilaizes in that and can review the website and tell us what needs to be updated in source files...content etc to bring us back on top spot.
