Hey bud we will do this a bit differently because there are so many calls and different agents. You do not need to put in good calls. Only bad ones. You do not need to do an overview of the calls. Just do it by a call by call basis. Add the link to the call. Discuss what happens and list areas of improvement. If something really bad happens message me.
Try to put a few hours in over the next week. and then 1.5 hours a week.

This is the outline Chris wanted to follow on Callrail audit for Skinney Medspa.
I wanted to train Weed on Secret Shopping tasks first since it is done more frequently than call rail audits are.
But it is your call on what you want done, how and by whom.
Let me know what to do next so I can prepare accordingly.
