Notes: Isaac - can we set up workflows through SMS magic? We do not want to work directly with them as their support sucks, We are looking for a solution to use workflows to send out texts with IMAGES and phone calls

- We can only change the text in the automated sms but can't customize the workflow or include images in them.

We can try with this service - https://blackthorn.io. One of my friend worked with them on a project and said the support is very good.

- can we get a demo Blackthorn.io ? See what features it has how easy it is to use, can we keep SMS Magic in SF at the same time so we do not lose any of those old texts
