If you find any images that are missing alt text you can update them, I think most of these should have been completed yet.
Also, can you add some alt text the image that is showing below. You can just put the alt text as "Skinney Medspa"
Only images that had the alt text missed were the bfi thumb images that are auto generated by theme and you can't add alt text to them from anywhere in the dashboard. You can only add alt text to these images using custom code.
I have just added Alt text to all bfi_thumb images that had it missing.
Just requested a new crawl on Ahref. Will let you know about it's report once it gets ready.
I am following up on the missing meta's on some pages. Once I log into Ahref, I will take a look at their report to see what I find. I will fix what I can on my end as far as meta and alt text if I see anything missing.
