I am seeing this email bouncing = emma@spawest.com
First it was being blocked... now the email can't be found.
This is the only email we have sending leads to them.
Can you please find out from the client what is going on?
Also, if they have another email we can use.
** This will be the second email we replace for them. Please let them know we cannot keep doing this.

They have a lot going on over there with new management and trust me I have been on them about making all these changes etc.! She said we can direct the email notifications to: seth@spawest.com

This is not going to work.. 
That email - seth@spawest.com - once again.. when SETH quits.. we will need to update the forms.. again... 
They need an email such as leads@spawest.com, desk@spawest.com or something like that.. this way, anyone can use it.. and even if they quit, they do not need to change the email..

Yes, because from the looks of it, Seth will be quitting soon and then we will have to go through this once again. 

Please let them know that it takes our team hours to update all of the forms each time we have to change the emails.

If they do not want to create the other email, I am going to bring it up with Chris to see what he wants to do.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector I spoke to Spa West again this morning and they insist we send emails to seth@spawest.com. I explained the backend process and they don't seem to care (annoying I know). Please make the switch and I have the receipts if they ever come back to us wanting to switch it again. Thanks!

Sigh.... I am going to do this against my better Judgment Ella. 
I have tasked Isaac to go ahead and remove Emma and add the Seth email. 
If they do have issues with this other email in the future, we will not be changing it again for them. That is unless they add an info@spawest or something similar.

The messages are now being blocked again..

Ella, I am not instructing the team to change the email unless they provide us with a new email that is as I specified previously. 
This is ridiculous how much resources we have wasted on this client because they refuse to listen to common sense. 
I saw your email, but I did not see the client's response or question in your email thread. 
In any event, I will wait to see what they say next.
