I am seeing this email bouncing = emma@spawest.com
First it was being blocked... now the email can't be found.
This is the only email we have sending leads to them.
Can you please find out from the client what is going on?
Also, if they have another email we can use.
** This will be the second email we replace for them. Please let them know we cannot keep doing this.

This is not going to work..
That email - seth@spawest.com - once again.. when SETH quits.. we will need to update the forms.. again...
They need an email such as leads@spawest.com, desk@spawest.com or something like that.. this way, anyone can use it.. and even if they quit, they do not need to change the email..
Please let them know that it takes our team hours to update all of the forms each time we have to change the emails.

If they do not want to create the other email, I am going to bring it up with Chris to see what he wants to do.
I have tasked Isaac to go ahead and remove Emma and add the Seth email.
If they do have issues with this other email in the future, we will not be changing it again for them. That is unless they add an info@spawest or something similar.

This is ridiculous how much resources we have wasted on this client because they refuse to listen to common sense.
