Hi Isaac! As we discussed in the "ping" conversation...
Can we automate a 2nd text to go out 24 hours later if the lead doesn't reply to the first text.
And if they still don't respond a 3rd text to go out 3 days later.
For Laser Hair Removal and Coosculpting.
I added 2nd and 3rd attempt text templates in their sub-account and the client has been looped in to the changes that will be happening.
Next up will be Drip Gym, Shiloh, Fiorillo, Le Reve, and Health First. But I will task them out starting Monday. Thanks!!
If we can keep the 2nd and 3rd attempt text template exactly the same (except for the service name) for all services that would save us a lot of hrs. If not. We will have the edit the zaps as well as create a separate campaign for each service.
In the templates, you created for Spitale. The text for the 2nd attempt template for both the service was the same but for the 3rd attempt there was a slight difference in the wording so for now, I went with the Coolsculpting one for both the services.
If we must need to have the different text for different services in the 3rd attempt. Please let me know and I will go ahead and update the campaigns and zaps accordingly..Thank you.
