Hi Whitney,
In our "Opportunities" folder, the new clients we are automatically sending our texts out to are not going in the "New lead auto text" folder for some reason. I have to see we have new leads coming in through the "conversations" folder. can you look into that for me?

Please ask the client to make sure they don't have any filter set in the opportunities tab.
