Hi Whitney I did answer all of these by email and during onboarding but here it is again.

1. I would like to hit an circumference area about 20 miles from us in the center, also if it is not going to dilute our marketing budget extend that to Syracuse and Buffalo, you said you would look into that. That would be my preference in a perfect scenario. 

2. We discussed that our company is in a 4200sq ft, state of the art building in College Town near the University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital and that all of our team is CS certified and attended CS university. We have a Laser Safety/ Medical Director that Routinely works with the team to develop the safest most effective treatment plans. Also how we are in our 3rd generation of being a locally, family owned business and our goal is to service you our guest and your children and grandchildren etc. 

3. We have 2 Coolsculpting machines and practice Dual Sculpting for faster better results.

4. We regularly offer discounts, we work hard to bring the best value to our guests not just through price because this is your body but through our expertise and newest technology and training.

5. Our tagline is Confident, Sexy, and Beautiful. We also occasionally will use Get your before baby body back.

6. We take our guest safety and satisfaction seriously it is our #1 goal.
