Whitney, two things: One, we do not have sufficient access on this DELEGATE JAN account to update payment method. 
Two, we don't even have a CC on file for this client. 
I will reach out to them and let them know and see if I can get both. 
BTW, they have Linux Hosting. Perhaps we can get them to change to WP.

they have 2 accounts to which we have Delegate access to in Godaddy. The one the primary Cares or another site is hosted on Linux hosting.

whitney.zelig@gmail.com, Medstar whitney.zelig@gmail.com - The issue is not on the wpengine's end but in their GoDaddy account. Their domain has been expired in their Godaddy account due to the non-payment. Once they have successfully renewed it their website should start working again.

In this error message where it says "1 other item(s)". Its their main website domain has expired.
