I am not seeing that this account was ever added to Ivonne's MCC. I am seeing that an invitation was sent to link it to Medstar Main MCC back in May. I would never remove an account from our MCC without checking with Shane and Chris. And without adding Shane first so we do not lose all access. 

On their spreadsheet I wrote "Access under our MCC" so that means at one time we had access. 
I will follow up with Chris today during our meeting to see if he remembers removing it.

Good morning.
This client has a recurring payment issue. Today, the payments are not going through.
I tried to make direct payments and they are being declined. It is only a matter of hours, if not by tomorrow, until their ads are turned off.

I am sending Tara an email and CCd you on it.

I managed to get this client's Google ads back up and running! 

Google ads are presently down. The client sent me a new CC. However, they did not provide us with access to add new form of payment. I am in contact with the client trying to resolve it. 

After spending some time with the client, sending her a video I made, she was able to add another form of payment to the Google ads account. 
The issue has been resolved and the ads are back on.
