Hector - They already have a tag manager installed on their website. Should I remove it or add the above in addition to that?

Isaac  the GTM they have already, we do not have access to it. So we would need to add our own there. 

Hector - OK. I have now removed their GTM code and added ours.

Woe, I thought you were going to add ours in addition to theirs. I am not sure if they were using it. Can two GTMs work on the same site without issues?
In any event, let's see what they say if anything.

okay so I never added the Google analytics code to this site via GTM as I am doing now However, I am seeing the GA on the site - multiple variations.

How was this added? via code by you?

Good morning. 
I am still seeing this GA on this site - G-LMNEC7XT5M
and I have no record of that G4 property. 
I am also not seeing it under either of our Google analytics account 
Does their MKT company or anyone else have access to this domain?

If they do not, please remove it. It does not belong to us or any client I know.

Does the website cache needs to be purged? Because I am still seeing it on the site. 

Hector - Yes. I think it's the cache as I just checked but couldn't see that GA in the page source anymore.

I have now manually purged the cache. Can you please check again now on your end? 

Okay, thanks for looking into that Isaac. Unfortunately, I am still seeing the GA accounts there in incognito window.
Could it be that I need to clean out my own cookies? (((((** I hope not because I will need to log back into several accounts))))

I have reconfigured this client's GA settings to add the GA4 to the
https://dccmacademy.com/  site.

Following notification that GTM code was added to client's {Surface Medical Aesthetics/ Della Chiaie - www.surfacemedicalesthetics.com } site =https://dccmacademy.com/ = I went ahead and verified it. Logged into client's GTM account and GA accounts. Created new GA4 G-LMNEC7XT5M container, added tag, set variables and other things, hit live. Verified that GTM and GA were installed on site, data collection had begun. Closed out the task.
