You've been secret shopped! Attached is the full report.  

 

We input a lead, commenced with text engagement & called the front desk inquiring about Coolsculpting.

Unfortunately, we received no phone calls from you and three texts after we input the lead. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential patient. We would love to help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x by a direct phone call in the first week.

 

In addition, it took a few attempts at calling the front desk till someone answered our call. We left voicemails on 12/28, 12/29 and 1/3/23 and only received a returned call and voicemail on 12/28 and 12/29. The salesperson that did answer our call was friendly, professional and had general knowledge about Coolsculpting. However there could have been a little more excitement built around the treatment, spa and staff.
