Both of this client's website went down today. I checked their account and it was due to WP engine hosting. The CC on file was not going through. I will investigate and try to fix it.

Following email from Alyssa, I contacted this client and let them know about the issue I found. CC on file not working. I found another CC I Had on file for them and I called Tara, asked if I could use that one. She emailed back that yes, we could. I went ahead into their WP engine account and updated the payment information with new CC. I then contacted WP support to have the billing dept charge the CC.

Got their sites back up.
