I tested all the forms and pop ups and they are working fine. 
The only issue I am seeing Isaac is that when you try to write on the side forms, the blinker does not automatically go to the line where you put the text. You have to click on it twice to make it fit.. I can send you a video if you cannot understand what I am trying to convey.
