In the Core campaign you can set up texts to go out Mon-Sun per Sarah's request.

Isaac  Hi! The client says they are seeing new leads on the leadsheet but not in the texting app. Can you check?

Vania - I just crosschecked the Highlevel app with the leadsheet and can see they received only one lead after 09/06 which got added to the Highlevel app successfully.

Isaac so ongoing issue with this HL acct/form.
Our secret shopper input a lead on this form (she sent pic) and I dont see her lead on the leadsheet or the texting app and her report says she didn't receive any automatic texts. Can you look into it? Is the form not connected?

Vania - I just tested the form on my end and it successfully sent the data to GHL.

Can you please ask her what details she used while doing the test?

Moving forward. We should ask this same question to every client or team member if they report missing leads in GHL or Leadsheet or any other service as this way we can quickly find the exact issue.
