I went ahead and updated client's spreadsheet with new budgets. I also updated their CS service sheet.
Not sure about conversion tracking since I am only seeing one conversion the last 14 days for this client.

I just did a GTM debug test and it appears conversion tracking is not working when it comes to the pop ups.
It is working on side forms.
