Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae please help with the following when you can, preferably by tomorrow if possible.

1.  Make sure the services show up properly on Mobile. Some are missing, and it is all facials, not laser and medical treatments.  It is not displaying injectables.  

2. The client has added a newsletter.  I have included the HTML from go daddy below. 
Please add this to the contact page so they can point our clients to enroll there.

Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae , yes, will you make sure all services are listed on that page? Mobile & desktop. I see 16 services in the drop-down menu + coolsculpting, but not all are displayed on the services page.

Any way to balance the HTML coded section so it is in-line with the other gravity form above it?

Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae - GoDaddy has disabled the use of custom css on this iframe. One way we can go is grab the html code from the client's godaddy account and then add a custom css to it but it would take around 2 hrs of work.
