This is the issue that Sarah has been emailing us about for the past eight days. I spoke to her on the phone today. She, like many of our clients, doesn't have the technical vocabulary to explain her situation in a way that would make sense. To be honest, it was confusing to me too so I didn't know exactly how to follow-up either.
Sarah needs access to thestudiomedspaweb@gmail.com so she can pay her Google Ads bill and possibly, access her emails again.

additionally, can you please check and make sure we have the correct logins for her hosting and WP as well? Sarah requested these too.

I am in the account now. However, I need a new phone number to add as recovery to avoid any issues since Google is such a control freak.
We are currently going back and forth on this issue between this task and the email.
Let me answer here so we can keep this going.
Can you confirm we have access to thestudiomedspaweb.@gmail.com in order to update the Studio Med Spa's billing method? This is the priority
Please confirm that we have this access. Then, let's work on making sure Sarah, owner of Studio Med Spa has access to every asset along with us. Ultimately, the client needs us to have every log-in and every access she does. In this case, she didn't have access to thestudiomedspaweb.@gmail.com nor did she realize this is how to get into her other emails.
For the Google Ads account. Hector should be able to help the us because I am not involved at all with their Ads account setup or this email - thestudiomedspaweb.@gmail.com.
For the client's Google workspace email. Since Google is giving us a very hard time restoring the suspended account. I think the easier way here would be to create a new workspace account and move the domain from the old suspended account to the new one. This is what I suggested to the client as well. Still waiting for her reply. We may have to get on a call to explain it to her.

Why do you need the client's confirmation for this? Will something else go down or impact something else? I understand why you want to explain to the client so that she has an understanding of her own assets, but I promise, she would love to remain ignorant to this and just wants it fixed asap
By Google workspace email I am referring to info@thestudiomedspa.com. We need the confirmation from the client to make sure she don't have any of her files or documents in apps like G-drive, Google docs etc connected to this email because once we remove the domain from the suspended account and move it to a new Google workspace account they will all be deleted and not transferred.

Now we just need to figure out the email issue.
Sarah just responded yes to creating a new email with, "I am okay with whatever we need to do."
I will setup a new Google workspace account for her and then share the credentials with her and will also make a video.
We will need two things from here to set it up though. One is her phone number and the other one is her credit card info.
Is this her personal phone number? (303) 909-1032. Does she reply back to our text? If yes. I can ask her to send us the verification code by texting her from GHL CSM sub-account.

I can try and get ahold of her for a CC now, but it's two hours ahead of the time she said she would be available. Would you be available to speak with her directly at 9:00 am MT / 8:30 PM IST?
I think tomorrow or day after tomorrow if client can make herself available around this time that would be great. I will need a verification code from her. In the mean time you can ask her for the new #cc.
Once I have setup everything in the new account. I will make a video for here for the basics of Google workspace.
After this if she has any questions regarding anything we can get on a call.
For now we don't need to get on a call since she has already confirmed on setting up new account for the domain.

All of the logins for this client are on her spreadsheet.
I made her ADMIN. I also added her email as a primary payment user on Google ads.
She is all set on that.

NO NO NO.. We never give the clients access to our spreadsheets. We only give them the login information to whatever platforms they need.
