Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne - I just checked and it's using Cloudflare Nameservers. So we need to ask them to provide access to their Cloudflare account or provide them with the required DNS records from our end to them.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac yes, this is that email thread I brought you in on. They are not being super responsive (Doctor Genius- who controls their domain access currently). Spoke with the Dr. on the phone he is trying to get his own login to godaddy for access and we have a meeting Monday. We will definitely NOT be getting access to the Cloudflare acct though (since that belongs to Doctor Logic) so go ahead and send me what you want to be added to their DNS records. Although I also don't have their hosting info yet either so be advised it feels like we'll be hosting this. Although I did suggest to the Dr. that if Doctor Genius is indeed hosting the site like I suspect then we should buy him new hosting with WPEngine.

Vania J, Medstar Vania - Yes. We have delegated access to their GoDaddy account but since they are using a custom Cloudflare nameservers. That access is of no use to us.

We will have to ask the client to add the DNS records on their own end or provide us access to their Cloudflare account.
