Also, can you make sure that all gravity forms were done following these guidelines:

On the staged server, there is already a gravity form created that has all the things needed (unique keys, unique webhooks, and hidden fields) to connect it to the zapier. Use this form to create all other forms on the website. Please make sure to use the same GF that is already set up on the staged server to create duplicates and also create separate forms for each location on a page. No page on the website should have multiple instances of the same ID form.
