Notes: tested pop-up as well, same information as above.
1) the pop-up had east coast time when noted in the lead sheet and...
2) on the leadsheet...the coolsculpting page came up as https://trilogymedicalcenter.com/
but the pop-up came up as https://trilogymedicalcenter.com/cool-sculpting
Should we fix that for reporting accuracy or leave as is?
A few things:
One, we never use the POP UP to do the secret shop.
Always use the side forms or bottom.
2nd, why are there 2 of leads with the same name?
Did you use pop up and side forms?
On the leadsheet time issue, I will take it up with Isaac.
This always happens when they set them up.. a time discrepancy.

Just that I remember Whitney letting me know at the beginning of secret shops to always use the side forms.
So this is the first secret shop which you will ignore?
FYI, I filled out a form yesterday while doing the test of the side forms.
They sent me 2 text messages thus far.
Okay, thanks for clearing that up.
In the future, avoid doing secret shops on Fridays.
Most people tend to slack once they know it is TGIF, payday.. lol.
Tuesday to Thursdays are the best days.
Let's see how they respond though.

Questions to ask (per WZ)
How much does it cost? She said around $1000 and it can go up from there. I specifically asked about the midsection area. She said it could go up to $4000 but depends on what areas are being treated. She said to come in for a consultation and they can give more accurate pricing.
Does it hurt? She said it's "uncomfortable". It takes a few mins to go numb. And once numb you can relax. Results noticeable at 30 days and up to 4 months. Pics at 2 months. 25% fat decrease.
Note if they mention any sales. They didn't mention any.

Don't know about yours but Trilogy did very well with my secret shop.
They have sent me about 3 text, 2 follow ups. They also called me twice I believe.
So they did very well.
