Shane back on oct 27th I said I paused Microneedling, hydrafacial however the ads were still on. Did I forget to pause the campaigns or did I pause them and the they got turned back on - can u please look into it.

Chris, I have checked here and I am not seeing any mention of you pausing those campaigns. I only see this - Trilogy Ad Meeting - Trilogy Medical Center   
However, I have checked both Microneedling and Hydrafacial campaigns and it appears they had been turned off on Google ads on the 27th or 28th. There is no activity on either campaigns for the 28th of Oct. 
But they both are back on the next day.  

It's really tough to tell what happened here.  The campaigns were turned back on, but it was so long ago that I'm not sure if I did it or a script did it. 

It's also possible that I just entirely overlooked the part of this task where you mentioned pausing those services. 

Generally, it's best to make a task for me to pause things even if you pause them. In many cases there is a budget control/pacing script that may reactivate them again. 

Shane, most of the time, I set up a task for you even when Chris sends us an email. It is easier to keep track of things that way. 
But with so many clients and campaigns, something is bound to fall under the cracks at some time.

I paused them. 10/27 The scripts turned them back on 10/29. The issue is we spent $5000 dollars on ads the client did not want to spend. Next time I will make you separate tasks to pause.

Nice to hear from you here. We don't get to see much of you on BC3 anymore. 
So if the scripts turned the ads back on, couldn't we complain to Google about it? Or is that on us as well?
