Message. That likely means we still do not have DELEGATE access right? 
I just sent them another email to ask about sending the code and to make sure we are given Delegate status. 

Hector - We should have received an email from GoDaddy in the email you asked the client to provide delegate access.

I checked and I did not = DO NOT see any. I just sent them an email to see if they got the text. But she told me she did not yet. 
That means that they have not added us as Delegate then right?

Hector - Yes, that's right. Once they provide us delegate access to their Godaddy. We will receive an invitation on our email. Once we click and confirm. We will have the access to their account.

Isaac, I have explained it a few times but they do not seem to know how to do it. She said that she did add us but if she had, we would have the email. 
In any case, I sent them the link you provided above so let's see if that helps.

I will confirm with Rachel if it's them updating something on the website.

Or something along those lines.

I did not think the animation would show up on the comment since I simply copied pasted the screenshot.
