I just noticed that this website is not based on WP and the custom framework on which this website is built on doesn't seems to have any option to integrate the forms with third party apps like Googles sheet.

Isaac - can you hook up lead notifications and send to this email please

Chris - I looked into it and client is using custom HTML web forms on the website. I can try connecting it with ZAPIER webhook but it might take more than couple hrs. Please confirm.

Also please let me know which forms we need to connect with the leadsheet.

Hector  - Did he say exactly what forms he is referring on the website that we need to hook up?
Can you ask him for the page URL?

Chris - Let me know if we need to connect specific service forms or ALL forms on the website?

Also just FYI these guys are using "FORMIDABLE FORMS" plugin for contact forms on the website which is a secure partner with Zapier. That means in order to connect the ZAPIER with forms on client site we need to autorize using an API key but since client staged site is password protected. We can't do till client moves it to LIVE server and removes the password protection.

Asking as connecting each form to ZAPIER on the plugin that client is using for contact forms on the website i.e FORMIDABLE FORMS will take somewhere b/w 5-10 mins on each form and they have around 50 active forms.

Isaac  - we will need to eventually hook up all the forms. No rush but it is something we need to work on.

There is about a 5 hour time discrepancy issue on the leadsheet. 
It is between the time on the pop ups and the side forms. 
Also, the lead referrer source - is not working on the side forms. 
Lastly, the lead service type - should there be one ? - when you fill out the pop ups?

Can you please check these issues out?

Hector - Fixed the issues.

For the lead referrer, the form plugin this client is using on his website didn't have an option to pass the URL info to API.

So I instead used a static URL in the ZAPIER API settings for all forms - trilogymedicalcenter.com.

Okay thank you for clearing that up. 
Having the correct URLs referrals is crucial; especially when we want to show clients we are getting leads for them. 

Hector - OK. I will try with a custom code to pass the URL string.

Hector - Updated all forms to pass the URL.

I am seeing the CS page showing up. 
However, I tested the https://trilogymedicalcenter.com/ty/fillers page and the URL is blank. 
The same thing on the side form for Hydrafacials. 
Only the pop up is showing the URLs. Not the Side forms
