Last budget we have for them on Coolsculpting was 
$2,000 on Google ads
$1,000 on FB. 
So does this mean new budgets are now - 
$2,500 for Google ads
$2,000 for Facebook?

I can't really evenly split budgets on Facebook based on just creative. That usually creates a mess with the audience overlap.
