As per our email conversation,  Vitalyc connected Callrail to Google Ads. Chris told them it would under report conversions but can you please take a look into it to make sure it didn't screw anything up and let us know how to respond?

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector Going to do my best to translate all of the issues here so you can relay back to Chris. Long story short, the way they set up CallRail is absolute chaos and will never work. 

Here's an example:

For the Addison Emsculpt Neo page they have callrail looking for the number 469-213-3341 to swap. But the number on the page is 469-908-4083. And that number never even appears on the desktop site, only the mobile site! The number on the desktop site is actually 469-949-5402 and is buried at the bottom of the page. So even if they could track calls properly, they never would because the landing page has no phone number.

Second problem, the mobile version actually has the phone number in an overlay that appears at the bottom of the screen

First of all, the number for the swap target is wrong. BUT if it were right, I'm not even sure CallRail will swap numbers that are layered this way.

This client needs to go back to the drawing board and/or provide some clarity. They have already created 64 CallRail phone numbers and I am not going to sort through every single one of them to implement something I already know does not track properly.
