Isaac  I can add that performance in Addison has been terrible over the last month relative to the other locations. It looks like there is a technical issue.

Shane Hector - Very strange. I just did multiple tests on three different systems and on all form submissions I got redirected to the thank you page successfully. I also asked Chris to check on his end and the forms worked successfully on his end as well. I checked the settings for the forms in the client's Hubspot account where these forms are setup and everything looks good in there. I am seeing both of your test submissions as well in the client's Hubspot account but not sure why the forms are not getting redirected to the thank you page on your end.

Hector - I checked the video that you shared and can see that you are checking in incognito mode but it seems you have some extensions enabled to load in this mode as well. Would you mind trying on a different browser in incognito mode that don't have any extensions enabled?

Before investigating more into it I want to rule out if it's not cookies/cache or some extension issue in the browser. 

Isaac I think you might be going on a wild goose chase worrying about the incognito/ caching issue. Just look at the performance over the last seven days.

Addison only has one conversion! Unless everyone in Addison, Texas browses the Internet in incognito for some bizarre reason, that wouldn't be the issue. Something else is amiss. 

Shane - I am seeing 9 new leads (2 is our test leads) in the client's Hubspot from the addison location forms on the website in the last 7 days. So I am not sure if form submission is the issue here.

Can you please share in detail what triggers you have in place for conversation tracking? For eg. Do you track conversion based on when someone gets redirected to the thank you page or when someone onclick the submit button on the form?

Thank you for your thorough investigation into this. 
However, I have to agree somewhat with Shane. The reason for me saying so is because I tried filling out the forms in incognito for another location and that worked fine. 
That does not explain why Addison is the only one not working in incognito. 
Something seems to be amiss. 

My tests all went through, different locations, only Addison is not working for me. Which is weird.. 

Did we ever get this figured out?
