Went ahead and searched the web for client's Vitalyc MedSpa - www.vitalyc.com GMB page. Found it listed under name { Vitalyc Medspa | Dallas} Used our Support account to send a backdoor request.
Sent a backdoor request and updated task to wait for GMB linking confirmation from client.

Wow, really? That's not good. Most clients usually oblige when I request this. And they have seen it and refused. Otherwise, I would not get an option to ask for permission again. 
I ask Chris about this tomorrow.
