- It's because all the forms on their website including the popups are HubSpot forms which don't provide any way of passing the lead referrer info.
I just created a support ticket with Hubspot support team to check if there is some way to do this that I missed in their documentation.

- Yes. By default, it's not possible but we can create parameters that may allow passing this info to the lead sheet but we will have to ask the client for this as they mentioned not to make changes in their current Hubspot setup.
Sorry for missing giving an update here.

No worries Isaac. If the client mentioned that they did not want any changes to their Hubspot, then there's not much else we can do. Unless
whitney.zelig@gmail.com
wants to override that? Whit, what do we do?

I am seeing that the DATE each lead comes in is no longer showing on this client's lead sheet. Chris said it was because it is no longer hooked up to what I don't recall. But without the dates showing up, it is hard to keep track of when each lead is coming in.

- The G column in the sheet is the date column but the date is in the UNIX format. Couldn't get Hubspot to pass the date in normal format but we can easily convert the Unix date to normal date format. I have now converted it for you. If you need me to make a video of how you can convert it on your end in the future. Please let me know.

UNIX format? Okay, thanks for letting me know. However, I am still seeing it in that format Isaac. Unless it means that these are new leads and it needs to be converted as they come in?

Yes. That is correct. We need to manually convert the new leads using a formula. If you want. I can make a video for you on how you can do this on your end whenever you check the new leads in a week or month.

Okay, yes, that would be very helpful Isaac. This way, if I need to check any issues, I can convert them myself. Thank you again.
